If you only need 1, or really want to see the patch in person before you submit a bulk order, the single patch option also comes with color swatches so you can see all available colors, 1 patch, as well as a $10 off coupon code that can be applied t bulk orders of 20 or more.
*When ordering multiple patches, it is easiest to add 1 to cart, and then adjust the desired qty when in the cart screen. Otherwise you will have to click the "Add to cart" button each time if you try to do it from the listing page. (Talk about annoying!)

After placing your order please email your logo / design file to: whitney@thetoastyflannel.com. Please include your order number so I know which one is yours and I will confirm or clarify any details I need to via email before making your patches.
Sizing: Patches will be no wider than 3.5" wide or 2.5" tall. Circles and Squares are approx 2.38" by 2.38", and rectangles are generally 3.25" wide by 2.25" tall. Contact before purchase if you need bigger sizes. Please indicate when checking out if you would like a certain shape (square, rectangle, circle, die-cut etc). If you're not sure what you want, feel free to email or message me and I'm happy to help!
Production Time: I will always try to get your patches made and out the door as quickly as possible but just to make sure I give myself time for machine failures and other unknown delays, please allow 2-3 business days once your design is submitted to expect your patch to be shipped. Shipping time is on top of that. Typical turnaround time from ordering your patch to receipt is approx 5-8 business days.
Please note: I will work with you to make your logo engravable as much as I can, but the patch fee does not include a design fee. If you need design services, please contact me before ordering. Acceptable file formats include: svg, png, jpeg, psd, pdf. If sending a jpeg, transparent background and high resolution will make for the best results. If I think there is a problem with your file / logo I will contact you to troubleshoot.
- At Home Iron On Instructions -
• Highest heat setting - no water in the iron
• Preheat the area for 30 seconds.
• Peel backing off patch and place. Smooth down with fingers.
• Cover patch with towel, shirt, or cloth to protect leatherette from the iron
• Press with good amount of pressure for 25-30 seconds, making sure to spend that much time on every section of the patch if your iron doesn't cover the entire patch. I like to use a Circut Mini iron
•Let patch cool and check edges
•Repeat if needed / edges aren't fully adhered.
